If we were athletes with Olympic aspirations, or singers, hoping to one day perform on Broadway or for the Metropolitan Opera – it would be more than a little crazy to think we could achieve any level of real success without a coach. Wouldn’t we automatically recognize that we could reach our goals faster, and with far fewer mistakes, simply by following the guidance of athletes and singers who had gone before us?

And yet, while this may seem obvious, we frequently fail to apply this same success strategy to our small and/or home based business.

Well, just know that you’re not alone. When I started my first business, I wasn’t afraid to work hard. The big problem was that I wasn’t working effectively. I wasted a great deal of time and money (that I didn’t have) on ineffective growth strategies. I was honestly close to throwing in the towel when it finally dawned on me that what I needed was someone who had done it themselves, who could show me exactly what to do to build a lasting, profitable business.

Now, almost 7 years later, I am honored to have the opportunity to share my experiences from building my own successful business and supporting many clients in doing the same.

Here’s how it works:

We ask that all prospective coaching clients begin with an Introductory Private Session. The purpose of this session is to achieve two objectives.

First, it allows you to get a strong sense of my coaching style. I’ll answer questions and share some of my initial ideas regarding the growth of your business.

Second, this session will also give me the opportunity to learn more about your primary goals and the mission and purpose of your company. This helps me to determine whether I am the right coach for you and can truly add value to your project.

After a maximum of two Introductory Sessions, if you would like to continue our coaching I will ask you to commit to one of our ongoing programs.

THESE PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAMS WILL CREATE SIGNIFICANT, POSITIVE, AND LASTING RESULTS. They are designed for individuals who are ambitious in their progress, want to see results quickly, can't wait to start working to build a profitable business, and want a lot of consistency and support doing it.

(*In both private coaching programs you will have the fourth week of each month “off” to catch up on assignments.)

The first three weeks of each month, we will schedule three 60-minute coaching calls. These sessions will get you moving more quickly than you would on your own, help you stay on track, and eliminate obstacles that stop you from having the business and creating the life that YOU want.

AS A PRIVATE COACHING CLIENT, YOU WILL HAVE COMPLETE ACCESS TO, AND INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION FROM, ME. We will work to make sure that you have the financial foundation and structure in place on which to build a successful business. We will also focus intently on the growth of your business, fully developing the business plan and ongoing marketing and revenue strategies that can take your company to profitability.

You will have personalized guidance through each assignment to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and that you are actually implementing the process and creating results. As all private coaching sessions are done over the telephone, participants can be anywhere in the world.

You may wonder why I ask my private coaching clients to commit to a minimum of three months in order for us to work together. As a coach, it is my policy never to work with more than six private clients at any one time, allowing me to give you and your business the full attention you deserve.

Should we decide to work together, I will be committing significant amounts of energy and effort towards helping you succeed. I want to work with clients who understand that building a successful business doesn’t happen overnight but is the result of sustained, productive action. Because of the results generated through our work together, many of my private clients choose to continue past their initial 3 or 6 month commitment.

My experience has shown that people who simply want to schedule a session “here or there” will quite simply not experience the success that comes from developing an ongoing plan and implementing that plan consistently and over time, making adjustments and corrections as necessary along the way.

You will also receive on-demand personal support via e-mail, assessments, weekly assignments, worksheets, and Scheduled Weekly Open Office Hours, to address any questions that have come up for you between our sessions.

A final note:

I understand that recognizing that you need a coach still does not necessarily make it an easy decision. It is an investment of your time and your money – and it’s not uncommon to feel like you don’t have very much of either! I encourage you to examine the philosophies (and pricing) of other business coaches to ensure that you have found the very best fit for you.

I WILL SAY THAT IF WE MAKE THE DECISION TO WORK TOGETHER, YOU WILL HAVE A GENUINE PARTNER IN YOUR SUCCESS.

I never have more than six (6) clients in my private coaching program because of the time and energy that I put into my work with you – well outside of the 3 hours per month we’ll actually spend together. Now – please don’t think that I’m going to do everything for you – because I’m not! But, I won’t just speak in generalities, sending you on your way each week with a “Go get ‘em!” attitude.
